Probably second on the list after the variants of blue for me...
Red and curvy GT cars is highly variable (personally). On some it really works (like this), on others it doesn’t (928).

Love it Pete....Red is one of my favourite colours on a GS. Shame more didn't think so when buying new.

I think you'll find that this is owned by the guy that bought the Grey Stradale that had been for sale for a while @ Redline in Knaresbrough......

Lovely car but i’m a fan of the red with a light tan interior....
Strong money for a 13 year old car/technology.
Cheers Wattie

Red looks lovely on the GS, but those photos are weird. They look like they're taken with a cheap phone and then some strange vivid after-effect has been used. They don't do a nice-looking car any favours.

I know what you mean. The pictures are actually rather off putting as you can't actually see what colour red the car is. Ie whether the paint has faded etc.
Strong money for one with Tech Cloth though.

Yes, agreed. Sparts' one is a corker, and dripping in leather.

Well the Gransport has gone. Car delivered earlier this week to Ferrari who carried out a full inspection and there was no quibble with the agreed price. Only item found needing attention was the "up" lever which was not sufficiently tightened. I think the car has 12 service stamps.

Red Gransport with tech cloth would not be everyone's bag but I'm not a fan of baggy leather seats or the "gentleman's chariot" look.
Car was bought from Nuvola and massive thanks to Nareman for originally finding me a car that has provided five years of free transport. Not sure the asking price was "strong" given the condition and the fact it was only on Autotrader for about ten days shows good Gransports deliver a great drive and unmatched VFM even 13 year old ones with old technology photographed using 15 year old camera phones.

I'm not sure about the last of the line RG styling either!

If you put 19 inch wheels, lower profile tires and changed the springs on a nice 4200, you'd have the same car at a third of the price!

Same as mine then

Not quite a 3rd of the price though!

Congratulations Malcolm on the quick sale and I assume getting what you wanted for the car. Nice to have the "money in the bank" and be able to put the critics straight.

Super low mileage cars with great history still appear to be in demand but I noticed Mr Grace moved on a couple of 30k miles examples quickly for strong money recently. Looks like a nice GS costs a bit more than an equivalent mileage GTS MC now.

Dave, I know you didn't buy yours as an investment but it's probably gone up around £5k since you bought it!

That is good news and shows spending that little bit extra on services each year pays dividends in the long run...mines being serviced every 2k at the moment.

I don't think its low mileage, rather overall condition, history and a thorough inspection prior to sale that decides the price level to pitch for when selling a GS. No idea about Gran Turismo or QPs. I have driven mine for the two years I have owned it - so put on miles. But its all relative - it will still remain a low mileage example among the pool of cars out there (unless someone has a car stored) when I come to sell - which I am not doing or considering. Low mileage cars can still harbour issues - its down to a thorough inspection to assess the real state and worth of a GS.
