As we ALL know....the guages on these cars are completely and wholey unreliable.......who knows if it the oil wasn't circulating or at right pressure etc........BUT, you would think after a £7000 rebuild, that the engine would at least last a while?! I can't really remember what actually failed or broke....could have been any number of things!

Im with you on that Bill.......it is not just about speed. If the Lambo was the same price as a Mitsubishi what would you choose?????...... sexy exotic Italian masterpiece or a trumped up rally car for the road.......stupid comparison

from what I remember there was steam coming out of the engine. the oil pressure guage was reading "0", the oil pressure light was on, the water temperature was pushing past 200 deg......so its fair to say he had plenty of warning! I am realy not into this over powered 3 box 4 door saloon (note I didnt say hatchbacks intregrale funs!). it doesnt matter how powerful or fast they are, they have not been conceived with style AND perfomance in mind (and passion: a word JC hates!). to use my previous analergy, id does not matter how big the tits are its still Jordan!
