Yes this was discussed, think we agreed that you would not make any money on this at all, buy it for 11k, spend about 3-4k on it, into 2002/2003 4200 cars.

Trade bid on that car in normal condition without the accident would be £14k tops so no idea where they get the price.

The one that somanyhorses has just bought had a little more miles on and was a face lift and was up for 16k...So this seems a bit high price wise....

Reading the classifieds on pistonheads, i agree this is overpriced.But the main disadvantage is that it is damaged on the side.This means, that it won't ever behave as new. If the damage was front/rear, then things would be sorted out, without big effects in driving.

Saw this car last week & nearly fell off the chair. It's nearly twice the price I paid for my 53 plate with front end damage.
Although I will have spent about 3K in parts to put her right.
