I've got to admit I though this new TG was a repeat of previous.

Much of what they do, looks that way to me. I don't see much chemistry between the presenters on camera andthe only one that I have any time for is Harris. The BBC ought to bin the other two and let Harris choose his co-presenters. I watched a clip on YT last night, shot in 2012, where he was discussing TG where he said that anyone taking over the franchise should absolutely never try to copy Clarkson et al because it will never be as good.
He had some intelligent ideas about how he'd produce a different format, but it doesn't seem to have worked out that way. Yet. Apologies for the TG rant. Hard to avoid it, after watching it.
Obviously the car being a biturbo, meant my recommendation was somewhat tongue in cheek
