It's nice. It's the later 71-73 model GT/J where as mine is a GT AL (luxury model)

Both 1.9L cam in head (CIH) engine which were the pre runner to the Manta A series.

The one for sale above being a GT/J was basically the same but de chromed in favour of satin black trim, round dash indicators and different wheels.

As with any GT, it's not the exterior that is the bit that makes it original, it's the interior and trim. All the European cars rotted away years ago and the American rust free examples basically have had all the plastics fried by the heat.

The one above has loads of pics of the exterior and hardly any of the interior which makes me suspicious. If its as good as they say it's a bargain at £10k

....I have just seen the further interior shots below which I missed, it's in very good order and an absolute bargain.

Why not choose a early 70's Alfa 2000 GTV,a miles better car to drive and most have been restored at some point nowadays,Its a no brainer!

Dave the Opel is a great drive and better looking and much rarer. Less than 50 left in the UK.
