We all spend the first 40 years of life trying to get closer to women, and the next 40 getting as far away as possible. I have an office as many of you know, I'd happily move in.

Good job, Athol! If I had enough space I'd copy you shamelessly. I did suggest to Mrs Crud that we convert the living room into a two-bay garage, which it would be perfect for. Apparently that was a sh!t idea. I offered some other suggestions for rooms which would be better for having a car in, but apparently all of them were cr4p. I reckon you've about got it nailed.

Very nice - I am living with a sam all double garage (really only room for one car) but do have a man cave at the bottom of the garden - but I would die for the space you have - one day perhaps if I can convince the wife to move a little further out of London.

Superb - The framed Utd shirt that is. Oh, the garage and cars are lovely too. Nice work.

I won the Utd shirt at a charity auction. It's only fit to hang in the garage and really only qualified because the other two pictures that I had hung next to it also contain red and black. I have no affinity with Utd and have red, white and blue Rangers blood - although somewhat diluted from the peak in my teens!

I like your office Dicky and had a look into doing a similar thing but the way my place is laid out, it wouldn't be so easy. Besides, the garage is 56 sqm so seemed a shame not to use it better!

Very nice Athol . That place would be worth a fortune if it was in England

Only in the South East Sparts. Near you it would be far less valuable...

Actually it cost about £12k to do the work, I reckon it's added double that to the house value so win win.

Stunning my American barn is going up this year and can't wait and I'm putting a proper bathroom in too and a mezzanine floor for a sleep over for visitors etc and most importantly the two post hoist.
Can't wait.

There’s a guy in America who has done this, he’s got about 20 Ferrari’s in it, looks epic.
From the outside it just looks like a a bit old farm.
drive into the barn and it’s like the CGI clip you posted.
