Very nice....do you not recon this is some of the styling for the new GranSport to gauge reaction?

Be bloody nice if it was.

I reckon it will be very similar to the 2015 car. The Ghibli artist's impressions were very close to what has (nearly) been made.

V6 twin turbo on a stretched 4C platform with the new lightweight twin clutch. Someone somewhere has heard a whisper of what is going on in the 'lock down' room at the back of the factory in Modena. I'd bet my house on it....................................

Bora would be nice......but Merak was also mid engined. Be happy with either.
I genuinly think Maserati will lift themselves well above Alfa with the next 2 + bag room car always mindful that Ferrari have moved on into stratospheric pricing and performance leaving just enough room for for a 195mph 0-60 in 4.2 gentlemens option.

Difficult one that...........especially as the new QP V8 does 193mph and 0-60 in 4.5 secs we would expect the new 'Bora or Merak' to be a lot quicker to 60 and at least a faster top speed so maybe 130k giving it a bit of distance over the GT variants making it the flagship model.

The new California, which is the entry level Fezza, will have the QP V8 engine with twin turbos and a flat plane crank pushing 600 bhp. 200+ mph and sub 3.4 to 60. price????????.......185k ish so plenty of room for Maserati to slot in below. Plus the word on the street is that the 458 replacement due 2016 will have a 700bhp version of the same engine and will blitz Fiorano quicker than anything made to date. They are literally making a case for Maserati to build it.
