So - I borrowed a Snap-On OBD reader this afternoon, and it tells me that I have P2431 (secondary air flow sensor, Bank 1) and U1424 as the engine errors. I'm not exactly sure what the latter translates as though - it appears to be either 'Implausible torque signal', or something related to fuel pressure, depending on which source you believe; I will begin a thorough investigation in the morning.
On a brighter note, I was also able to see that no engine misfires have been recorded on any of the cylinders for some considerable time, which is a relief!
