Its a bit of a mess isn't it.

Dunno what the solution is, i dont think a change in leadership is going to make any difference.

Might as well just have stayed in for all this.

I've said all along Brexit is a sh*t sandwich. No one wants to deal with it, because they didn't think anyone would be silly enough to vote us out.

Well they have (for better or (currently) worse), so they need to get on with it.

Wonder what the result would be now if they voted again?????

I just wish they'd stop talking about the government not being strong in negotiations and start telling it like it is. The UK will get whatever the EU put on the table, and no more which will likely mean the same trade deal but with a fee amounting to approx. what the EU membership was, (obviously) no subsidies for farming etc, freedom of movement
OR
No freedom of movement and tax applicable to import / export.

What has always seemed inevitable is that we'll end up paying the same, or less but not getting as much back, and still having to find extra cash for our farmers (again etc) who are no longer subsidised.

The UK is small fry when it comes to the rest of Europe, and has punched above it's weight for a long time.
As a country, voting for Brexit just went to show how big we'd grown - to our own britches that is.

Right now, someone just needs to own the problem and move it forward - unfortunately we've got Teresa May's Tory government for that, and all they want to do is point the finger at someone else

To be fair, it would be the same if Labour were in power. No one wants to have the Brexit poison chalice around their neck.

Two down.....

Brilliant. Boris or Rees Mogg for a PM challenge now then. Just what the country needs, more a-hole politicians fuelling their own agendas and not those of the UK. Never has so little been owed, by so many, to so few.

That's true, though it would potentially bring in the option of Labour calling into question the referendum (and indeed the entire concept of referendums in the first place!) in the first place, and whether they would uphold the will of the just over half of the 72% of the electorate that voted or not (tbf, I think they probably would, but I guess i'm optimistic enough to hope that common sense would prevail at some point)

For funsies, who can forget that Brexit means Brexit - Google defines Brexit as "a term for the potential or hypothetical departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union."

Clear as mud then.

It'll all end in tears either way, and probably with us still in the EU in some manner or the other. So in all a massive waste of time and money.

TM is correct in her words that if she is forced out then a general election will be called, Corbin will get in, Brexit will be reversed then we have Labour to contend with for the next 4 years.

Let TM get on with it I say.

Looks like Gove is handing his notice in now. No proof, just a nod from someone in the press who’s ITK.

...I'm not so sure Corbyn would reverse Brexit.
I align with his politics more than May's though, so personally would welcome that change.

That being said, British politics is long overdue a shake up of some kind (and not the UKIP kind!)
Don't see that happening either mind.

We want to come to the party, take all the benefits, non of the rules and not pay - wake up and smell the roses.

You're either in or out, you can't have a foot in each.

And as far as the Brexiters are concerned as soon as it get tough and decisions need to be made they run away and hide - integrity not

Yes I just wish they would get on with it.
It has been a couple of years and I cannot see anything tangible has been agreed. Just a load of back biting and sniping
All of these politicians are the worse lot I have seen in all my puff
