Do I understand that @rockits didn't buy the car, isn’t out of pocket but is pursuing remuneration for time spent looking into it? I’m not sure I follow? Also is it a Granturismo?

If i followed it correctly. Rockits agreed to buy the car, deposit paid and then got gazumped in effect and the seller sold to the gazumping party.

Pressume costs incurred going to see the car and any inspection that took place plus the deposit still outstanding.
