I’m semi open to detailing, I pick up things, products etc. from these threads.
I do like to treat my cars, I enjoy the odd thorough wash, clay and Zömol wax. Generally a 2 hour effort, unless I’m waxing.
Trouble is, you then find it difficult to take said car out.. in anything but clear sunshine. I’ve always made a point of driving my cars, year round, come rain or shine.
In contrast to that, what’s better than seeing an Italian V8, out doing what it should be doing, mashing the surrounding roads and generally making a shout for ICE. It’s a conundrum.

Yes very true, a car should be driven not put somewhere to gather dust.
I drive my baby daily, to enjoy it, I dont see the point of fair weather driving only but hey, that's me.
Life is too short, buying cars in hoping it will increase value over time sitting all nice and clean and driven only in sun, is not why we buy cars.
It's a passion, it's the grin on your face when you turn the key and hear the roar.....enjoy it guys
