Outdoor Cover wanted

I know people have a view on outdoor covers, but I have my reasons for wanting and using one.

Currently my OEM one which I obtained second hand on here in 2016 is failing, so I want to replace it.

Before I order something on line, does anyone have one they don’t use and want to sell, does not have to be OEM but does need to be made to fit a Granturismo.

Just bumping this before I buy something over the weekend ……….

If have anything that would be great, or if you have a recommendation for a cover you have specific experience of, then that will help my research.

Thanks

I have one of these for my Alfa Spider. It has sat under it for a few years in a row, though now it's got a nice warm garage to sleep in. I picked it up at the Silverstone Classic, with a decent discount, its not fitted but they do make fitted ones.

Not a recommendation as such, but I had an outdoor cover for my Lancia from Storm Car Covers. In just over two years, it was torn to shreds and leaking very badly. I was offered a 10% discount if I bought another one from them!
Have just received one from Specialised Covers which I will be putting on this weekend once the car has dried out in the sun, and which I hope fares better

I'd stay with the OEM. Perhaps not representative, but I gave two attempts to a prominent independent car cover supplier, and went for the OEM. The independent must have used a generic vehicle as a template. Just didn't fit.
The OEM fits and stays put. Not that it's used very much as the GT is more or less a daily.

The OEM I have had disintegrated within 3 years, so I am not going back there!

I had the same, I purchased one from Specialised and it's still going strong. They do a few ranges, I went for Stormshield + Outdoor. At the time it was £349.

That's the one I have just bought for my Lancia, glad to hear that you're pleased with it so far. The OE Maserati one is not very strong at the seams and is very snug to say the least

Great, thanks for the recommendation.

On their site the “model” options are are
Coupe or S
Can’t imagine what the difference is, mine is a Strad?

I purchased the ultimate outdoor car cover from Classic Additions (after 2x Stormforce covers got absolutely trashed within less than 2 years each one). Does not move in the wind, breathable, etc.
