For the past couple of weeks my Park Assist (parking sensors) have been intermittently playing up. Now they have stopped working all together.

Any ideas anyone?

First try spraying with WD40. After that it's probably replace I'm afraid.
They are not known for their longevity. At least the Skoda alternatives are much cheaper than the OEM ones.

As above.
If the WD40 trick doesn't work, then you'll need to plug it in to find out which ones have failed. Annoyingly, just one failing wipes out the whole system. :as001 (2):
£15-£20 each for the Skoda ones IIRC

Yep I had this issue, I bought a 25 pound skoda octavia part of eBay, only one was none functioning but it meant the whole system was unavailable. All working fine now after replacement of the one faulty sensor

I think I've got the same problem. Is there any way to tell which sensor has failed without visiting the dealer?
Is there a system reset you can do yourself?
Do they respond to a bit of heat from a hair drier to wake them up again?

Thanks

Ignition on, but not running. Put into gear and you can put your ear to then and hear the ticking.

Forgot I had the Autel!! Scanned it and it's the Front External Right sensor. Is that off-side or near side? Also, can they be removed from the front or is it wheel arch liner off to access from inside the bumper? Final question. Anyone know the Skoda part number? Cheers.

Following this thread as the new-to-me 07 QP shows three failed parking sensors.

My first time playing with these sensors, I’m assuming complete bumper removal required both front and rear?

Just ordered the Skoda parts, looking forward to removing one more fault code from the dash!
