As the title suggests really, this was some thing we did on my old Z4 forum as we found that a lot of people did photography as a hobby , basically every month people would enter there photo of anything Maserati related, be it there car, someone's elses car ,a badge a body line a action shot anything goes really ,the only criteria was the photo had to be taken by the entre and not photo shopped .
So at the start of the month up to the 3rd week you have a chance to enter your photo than the last week with a defined ending date and time all members even if there haven't entered have a chance to vote on there favourite one . The photo with the most votes would be the entre for that month on the calendar. To make it more interesting the moderators could set a theme for the month. Eg The winter months or maybe after some snow fall a car shot in the snow etc . In the event of a tie brake it would go to a vote off.
So at the end of the year we would have 12 photos which could than be made into a calendar than could be sold to all members with a small profit going to the upkeep off the forum . We might have to have a top two in November and skip December so there's time for printing etc for the new year.
May be some of the forum sponsors would like to sponsor a month and get a small add for that month and help in keeping the costs down.
You never know you could have your car in a official sports Maserati calendar,
