QP V battery cover

Any suggestions for keeping my battery cover in place? The fittings used do not expand enough to hold it closed despite tightening up the plastic nut.

A bit of Velcro will hold it in place

i put a small amount of white grease around the plastic hole , so now the rubber slips right inside the plastic hole,
so when it expands its inside the hole not on the outer edge, mine now stays in

Good shout. Can't beat a bit grease to help get it in the hole. I will give that a go.
