Quattroporte. Clunking noise when car fully stops

Hey, I just had new front pads and discs done but now I randomly have a clunking noise when the car fully stops. Not until it fully stops. Is this related to the new brakes or likely something else?

Million Dollars question there needs a proper look at checking the suspension and the brakes properly.
