isn't this thread about whether or not you want to buy a Gransport in Argento Luna for £37k? My point is that you can buy a face lifted 4200 in Argento Luna for £21k, if Argento Luna is your preferred colour. As you quite rightly point out, you can buy an even cheaper 4200 if you don't want that colour. But if Argento Luna is the only colour that floats your boat then you can pay £21k rather than £37k. I suppose it depends upon whether you want to have to step over a surfboard to get into your car or not and whether spending £37k is no object to your enjoyment. Sorry, it's been a long week...

As a man who likes - and buys - Maseratis in rare colours, I would say it should make absolutely no difference to the price.

The 'rarity' is matched by the fact they are harder to sell.

The only exception to this may be Bianco Fuji, which seems to be rare and also universally liked.
