It's just Marci. She's temperamental like all Italian women. It would help if you didn't mention any lust for other Italian exotica when driving her. She doesn't miss a trick.

kind of difficult with gina the alfa gt having the same temprament! lol

Glad you and car are ok.

Went to have the slow air leaks on my front two tyres fixed today, was expecting just new valves, clean oxidation off the rim and then reseal but... Side walls all split on both tyres, impossible to see until tyre completely deflated.

Lucky it was spotted now, but a shame as both tyres had 5mm left on them so a bit of an unexpected bill!
The old tyres were manufactured in 2011 so not age related.

I think before my ownership they have been run under inflated which caused the damage.

expensive yes, but still less than what you might have if a front blow out happened at speed - happy days ;)

Did you get the rims cracked tested? May be worth doing given my recent experience with GS wheels.(See "Alternative GS wheels".

no, not an option to get that checked up here. will just keep an eye on the pressure over next few weeks.
