Rear Camera Glitch

Not sure if it was the horrendous weather in the UK were having but my rear camera has decided to stop displaying an image, when going into reverse it shows the rear camera has been engaged as such but no image on the screen. It started to flicker and go different colours but now just black and like a snowing effect.

Could this just be a loose connection rather than complete failure or has/is the camera just decided to break??

Has anyone had any issues with this?

Seen a few yes, there are 2 types and water does get in. You can try drying it but I feel it’s probably done, just get a new one
