The leather trim surrounding the rear console (footwell blowers) is looking a bit battered on the edges (due to the kids feet probably) and I'm planing to swap it out for a new one. Anyone know how to get the thing off ? Ta

Hi Craig,

I've done the replacement. You can access the screws that hold some of the trim by levering out the rear vents. This is best done with a trim tool so as not to scratch anything. Then you need to remove the four tunnel bolts. You can just about get to these without taking the seats out - but unlikely that you'll be able to get the back in. Unbolting the seats isn't that difficult. Then you need to remove the trim around the handbrake lever - again just levers out. Then a few more screws - one in the ashtray, one under the Maserati logo in the cup holder. Finally you will need to remove the handbrake lever - where there is a concealing screw buried in the stitching.
Then you can lever the tunnel up from the back and get at the rest of the screws to remove the trim.

Best of luck!

Hi
Thanks for the explanation. More convoluted than I thought. Typical.
Was that on a as I don't have a handbrake lever. Thanks again
