@Contigo did you drive the GTS to the PaganI factory? It says on the website that there is no parking provided on site and I do not want to leave the 4200 parked up on street on an industrial estate. I am thinking to go to the Ferrari museum in maranello instead

Nope, hire car and yes it is parking on the street, to be fair it's not an Industrial estate like ours with Narrow lanes it is very much wide streets and safe parking.

Great pics.....brings back memories....I went to all those places in May of 2017 BEFORE I bought my GT Sport. I have learned SO MUCH about the brand and history since I made the purchase that I realize I did not appreciate all the cars when I was there in person.

Question: On the tour on the second floor there is a older Maserati in Red - which model is that?

We spent some time in Modena last year immediately following the Italian GP and love this part of Italy (the food and wine are amazing).

I wouldn't have any concerns about parking on the street outside Pagani, though I personally didn't think that much of the tour itself despite seeing Horacio. You should definitely call in at Panini but check the website in advance for times.

If you go to the Ferrari museum in Modena you may as well make the very short trip to the Maserati factory showroom. They had a beautiful MC12 when I was there, plenty of Maserati branded merchandise I haven't seen elsewhere (I got a really nice mug!), and some other bits and pieces which were nice to see (different grills and a F136 on display). No one tried to sell us a car or really speak to us come to think of it(!).

For anyone else who is planning a trip, I would highly recommend the tour which I think they only offer to owners and is free.

You need to visit this building. It is the best building in the car world.

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

This one is round the corner from the Maserati Factory (Ciro Menotti) so the two can be combined in one day.

Did the panini collection and the Ferrari museum this afternoon. Currently sat on a lounger by the pool in a fantastic boutique b&b just outside maranello!

Excellent, I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Pagani and Maserati tour.

Didnt do either!

The Panini place was lovely. Its on a (working) farm. Plenty of parking and the cars are great. Nice atmosphere too, not at all commercial, just wander in as you please. We were there about an hour. I will post pictures later. Its well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Then we went to the Museo Ferrari in Maranello, which I have been to before. That is very good, and commercial!

The B&B we stayed in was really very nice, and would make a good base if you were in the area for a few days for the museums / factory tours. It had good parking, and a pool. Only 2 guest rooms, with the owners living above, who couldnt have been more friendly.

The B&B is this place...
