Currently on Copart, stolen/recovered with a little bit of damage. Even comes with its service book. Would you be brave with it as a ‘keeper’ car?

Buying a unknown salvage car from auction, risky.
Buying a unknown salvage Maserati from auction. I’m out!
Plus it’s go for anywhere near 10k.

Sold for £18,100 on approval. Add in Copart fees and you are looking around £19,000. As it is a cat X, once the repair is done and approved its stolen/recovered history will not even be visible on hpi. Will be interesting to see what it is listed for when it appears on the market. A substantially different prospect to that of a ten grand Granturismo.

Given I'm getting closer to selling mine, that seems a lot!

I think Phil's probably right

It wasn't leggy (31k miles) but for an early 4.2 it does seem strong pricing. I like the unusual colour but may not to be everyone's taste, and you would be buying with no idea on servicing etc would variators be an issue?
