Just watched this 1.5 hour documentary on the ford v Ferrari Le Mans rivalry on Amazon. A highly recommended watch.

I watched that as well - it's good. There's also a series on Amazon following the LMP1 battle in the 2015 race which is informative rather than exciting but still worth a watch if you need a Le Mans fix following this year's trip.
