Morning all. Just been swimming with Joseph, now off to Essex to see my mum for Mothers Day as we're out tomorrow.

Morning all, hardly got going yesterday when my grandson arrived, I discovered my son was at 20k miles since his car was serviced by me so a change of plans and a quick minor service was completed. An afternoon of good but disappointing rugby followed.
Today I am mostly supporting the kids in making it a good mother’s day. I may get to do some accounts if I can eacape!

It’s either a low-post week or I need to knuckle down at work!
With the Italian gone it was time to remove il Tricolore from Dug’s nose. As it’s replacement will almost certainly be of more local provenance I decided that the hound should proudly sport the union flag instead. All being well I’ll be back in a stoopid car in the next week or so and Dug’s nose and my car will once again match.

A friend of mine took his dog out in the snow the other week. The dog had a wail of a time jumping in and out of the snow drifts. Vanished from view for a few moments and came back with a carrot in its mouth. I have visions of a snow man missing its nose.
