I actually preferred the V8 rumble rather than rasping exhaust note, but for a V6, I cannot fault this one, or may be I am just biased...

Yes I sorely miss my previous V8.

Originally I set my sight on a E63AMG for my next car, very cheap deals as my friend deals with Mercedes cooperate, well at least cheaper than dealers anyway.

Then one of my neighbours recently bought a E63, the sound when he started up the engine was awesome! I could hear it from my living room. Then it dawn on me I go to work at 5-6am in the morning, I have no doubt it would wake my neighbours up with that start up bark follow by deep bass rumble.

So my attention turned to RS6 avant instead with switchable sport exhaust, long story short, I now want a Maserati

A friend has a C63...Awesome car........NOt a fan of fast Audi's...they have always left me cold...very fast, lovely inside and sterile....Maserati will not be as quick as Merc but it is lovely to look at and very special to be in.

Agreed, i am only going for the basic V6, so with over 200bhp deficit, I don't expect to win any races either, but who cares.

Its a Maserati, and you dont see that everyday and thats what I want! At least for now anyway??
