One case recently in the news which has really made me sick has been this house fire in Salford. What sort of low life Evil Scum **** puts an accelerant on all three floors and kills 4 children? Honestly for cases like this there should be a death penalty. Surely these pond life scum will be repeatedly beaten in Strangeways or elsewhere won't they ?

I don't think I've ever seen a case which has left me feeling so heartbroken for a family and especially given the mum still doesn't know that she has lost all of her little ones....

Well, what can you say. its sickening for sure.

I think when you have kids yourself, these tragedies really hit a raw nerve.

The only consolation is that they will spend a long time in jail and the inmates (who detest child crime) will make their lives a living h3ll till the day they die or are killed.

Agreed, there is talk on Social Media that she will be sent down south away from it all but I guess it will all come out.

It seems that the scum had a grudge with the eldest lad (16 yo) who ironically got out of the house along with his mate.

What I don't get is how these people are so willing to throw their own lives away as well as such disregard for other peoples lives, even throwing acid in somebody's face, WTF is that all about.

On radio 2 last week a guy opened his front door, got acid thrown in his face, lost an eye, massive disfigurement , swallowed some, touch and go whether he'd make it through the night, he did, don't know if I'd call it luckily

The guy throwing the acid had driven from London to Cornwall because he thought he had committed a sexual assault , got the wrong house, nothing to do with him

They find him guilty , life sentence with a minimum of 8 years, sentence gets appealed but not increased as the court thinks it's appropriate , so he thinks that's the end of it.

offender appeals the life part of the sentence and wins, gets changed to 16 years which means he'll be out in 8

And I also see that the ***** in the London club who threw acid and hit umpteen people has now been sentenced to 20 years to make a scapegoat. Anyone even in possession of Acid should be jailed.
