agree, loved all the twists and turns and the comedic ineptitude of the 2 guys, top show this year so far. Did make me think that in future when shows like this come along i am not going to block watch it (finished this in 2 nights) in the past a big part of the enjoyment of these types of shows is the expectation, the discussion with friends about the episode and the wait for next weeks episode, iplayer etc make it too easy to block watch and have imo dulled the viewing experience somewhat.........i'll get my coat.

We did it in two days also. Was off work yesterday and ended up doing the last 4 episodes yesterday.

Killers of the flower moon

Check the run time prior to booking a ticket , I thought it was never going to end

I'm sure there are many reviews praising it because of who is directing and who's in it but I found it tedious and far far too long

I think you could've told that story in 90 minutes easily .

Could not recommend

The Reckoning was a brilliant watch and although we all know the story this shows how this evil man’s charm hide his creepy depravity. Very disturbing that he managed to get away with what he did for all his life and victims weren’t believed. Didn’t realise the scale of his evilness. Steve Coogans performance is excellent. I just couldn’t stop thinking that justice wasn’t done as he believed he took this to the grave. It made me feel very angry.

Our family is hooked on Cath and Kim, its an Aus comedy from 2005 era.

Dunno how I missed that back in the day but its hilarious. Our household is a bit warped in the comedy dept.

Its still on Netflix

Cath and Kim are Aussie legends. A mate married an Aussie girl, and she watched it all the time, often referenced scenes with her girlfriends whilst me and my mate were none the wiser.

On an opposite tone, I've just finished watching The Detectives, not Jasper Carrott and Robert 'Jesus Christ' Powell, but a true documentary about the mighty GMP investigating Rochdale's drug cartel. Very scary, makes you think about road rage.

One Life, very emotional, well worth watching

Argylle, ******* awful, apart from Bryce Dallas Howard who I could watch all day

Argylle however is a steaming turd of a movie, up there with The Beekeeper in the baddies can't shoot awards 2024

had an odeon binge last night because they all dropped into place

bob marley, OK, needs subtitles

madame web , what you expect, flashing lights and explosions

the iron claw , very good but close your eyes until you hear it starting if you know nothing about the story and don't want the BBFC rating to spoil it for you by spelling the story out

******* nanny state ********, 'somebody might be upset so leave now before it starts if any of this worries you'

The joys of an odeon limitless membership, arrive at the cinema, see what's about to start and walk in

Today's was Drive Away Dolls which from the brief synopsis I read appeared to be a Thelma & Louise type of movie

No, at one point I felt like I'd walked into a porno theatre by mistake, 2 lesbians who do quite a bit of Er well I'm sure you can work that out, get involved in a murder on a road trip

A really bizarre film but strangely watchable
