Honestly, though, I can't see how power can be generated from a darn good lashing. Maybe fix a dynamo on the dominatrix's arm? @midlifecrisis will have an idea up his sleeve (so to speak... or maybe even literally, the deviant old bugger).

Lucky you. I have to go there every day.

The only 20mph that will go are those that are not in urban areas, so my commute to Cardiff will remain the same with a long stretch of M4 limited to 50mph too.

Although I do live in a lovely part and I could fall out of bed and touch England so not so bad. We all just pop over the boarder and drive faster. Drippy Drakeford has a lot to answer for.
