Will this work with a 3200?

Hi All,

Just wanted to know whether this ScanGauge would work with a 1999 3200. (It uses an OBDII port which I don't think the 3200 has - would a modification to the wiring make it work?)

1999 3200's were pre-obd, you need a convertor cable from lancia 3 pin to OBD. Then get unidiag software...

No it won't , probably work on a 2001 model car. (mine is a 2000 with obd - it won't work with that either !)

I don't need diagnostics, just a more accurate temp gauge etc.
So, will the use of a convertor cable make this work?

I would very much doubt it. I know the instruments can be a little ecentric , but you can get enough information to know what's going on.

Nope as it is pre OBD it doesn't log in the same way. Afraid you will have to live with the funky and unreliable gauges.

Thanks for all the replies. A digital gauge just makes it easier to catch any issues earlier as I know the gauge fitted to our cars has some room for variation.
