Ben Nevis is just over 4400, we only know this as we noticed that as we crossed the great flat American prairies between LA & Oklahoma we were constantly at 4000 ft plus and often getting up to 6000. I had never considered that the prairies are so high, the original pioneers were made of stern stuff to climb this high and then try and cross over a thousand miles of flat green land (bar the odd Indian tribe or two)

Mexico City is at 7400ft, trying going for an early morning run and not run out of breath by the time you hit the park near my mother in laws...thought I was having a heart attack..

Very close. The answer is not an exact figure.
Please also bear in mind, even though it's only Monday, I've had a couple of lagers :)

Ooh - good question...

Many a little makes a mickle
Many a mickle makes a muckle

Given "many" is not a number (!) I look forward to the debate that flows...

Ok - am tempted to pose a challenge, as "many a" is not a number. However, can't be bothered.

What are "trabs" and where would you wear them?

Is also the correct answer :)

However, "some" can also be used quantitatively:

You have a great video collection!

So, while we are waiting for Benny to set a question, and maintaining the theme of weird regional phrases or words, the new question is: "What are trabs, and where would you wear them?"

Nothing like an old fashioned stereotype to offend
