Hi Mike , Im just up the road in Whiteley . Good purchase . Now you need to make it louder ;)
If you need any advice on parts and servicing in the area just ask. Could save you alot of money .

Hi, thanks for the message and the offer of advice - it is appreciated. The car has a Larini exhaust and is already very loud!

She's a beauty, and great spec and colourway. But I think I'd change the Trident in the front grill for one with the racing red stripes. If you need a 4200 specialist near Southampton, Myles at Emblem Sportcars of Poole is your man.

Hi All
I picked up my 2005 GT today. The car is red and has done 65k, and it is my first Maserati after wanting one for a long time.

My name is Mike and, and I live near Southampton. I hope to be able to attend some events soon.

Welcome Mikey. Born and raised in Fair Oak nr Eastleigh as my brother Spartacus was now living in Chichester. Back in Eastleigh most Wednesdays so if you have any issues of need any advice, just give me a shout, would be more than happy to see the car.

Usually in TGI's in Parkgate for half an hour on a Wednesday around 6.30 with my bro, pop on over sometime and show it off!

Hey Mike. Glad you are enjoying the car. I bought mine with what turned out to be blown cats good news is you have a few options at your disposal depending on how much you want to spend e.g. weld in new cats, new custom cats or branded bolt on solution such as larini

Hi Fernando, what are the symptoms of blown cats?
What are the options if the cats are blown?

I have heard a car with a "similar" rattle, I believe the exhaust manifold has like a double skin and part of it can become detached and therefore rattle,
obviously needs checking out sooner rather than later, get it on a ramp, there are places you can hire ramp time for not a lot...

I'd suggested that by PM, but from the video it sounds more like it's to the rear of the car
