    Saw this at Mersea Motor Madness this morning, owner
    tells me he had to buy it over 40years ago after crashing into it during a race at Snetterton.
    It's been in various garages eever since but he has just got round to restoring it.

    It's apparently one of 12 ordered with flared wheel arches

    Too bad it has those arches, what a lovely pure design it is without them - a real beauty and I remember how cheap they were 20 years ago when the lack of a Ferrari badge hit their values, until common sense prevailed!"

    From an ethetic point of view I would agree, but from a rarity and value point of view I think the owner is grateful for them -
