3200 GTA For Sale

As some of you know I went to see this car on Friday and I was stunned at how well it drove, it feels taut and responsive much better than I was expecting it to be, the auto box really suits the engine and the kick down in sport mode is something else, oh and the sound is something else.

Ultimately I decided that as much as I love the 3200 the time is not right for me, I need to scratch the Lancia Fulvia itch but I would suggest to anyone who really wants a 3200 that they should get down to Phils and drive it, you won't be disappointed and you will probably end up buying it which will put a smile on your face from ear to ear.

Phil, As I suggested previously and per the article you attached to the thread, think you should be passing the car to a specialist to sell on your behalf. Should get more than your current asking price net of commission. Be quick though as market will be dead come November.

The problem is I don't have the time or inclination to prep the car ready for sale with a specialist, I'd rather sell it and allow the new owner to sort all that out.

When I sold my Ferrari the specialist included prep and annual service within their commission. Anything else required would have incurred an additional fee, but would not have been done and charged until a buyer was secured for the car.

I'm just happy it's going to an enthusiast who has just sold a lovely classic and wants back into the fold (he owned a 3200 GTA 10 years ago). I'm sure he will make himself known on here once he has got the car back but he is really excited about the journey back on the boat and I told him that there will be many onlookers willing to talk about the mental sound of it!

Should've kept it Phil.

PH

You know me Phil, I've got the GTS and will no doubt get involved again in a Coupe of some description further down the line. I'm sure there will be projects to get involved in out there (3200's too).
