I think you have judge it by rate of depreciation especially with the cost of money at all time lows - be it the actual interest cost or opportunity cost depending on personal circumstance.
Stradales in general will depreciate at a slower rate so it’s debatable if the £20k saving you might trouser is actually a saving at all when measured over a set period.
I probably got in to my Strad at the higher end of the market but is that wrong all things considered? For me the spec was perfect, the special lava paint, the carbon, the contrasting stitching on dark leather / alcantara and that all important race mode which just keeps you grinning - even after you park her up.
Sport, MC, Stradale, whatever? At the end of the day they are all great cars, we are incredibly privileged to be driving them but have you ever heard a Stradale owner say he should have bought the cheaper one????
