Unusual A/C problem

I have a 2004 Spyder. The A/C comes out cold on the right center vents and warm on the left center vents. I will sometimes get some cold from the left vents on medium and low fan setting, but on high the difference is big (no cold on left vents). The side vents get very little airflow, but there is a difference there as well,

Any thoughts? A flap that is sticking?

I would agree with the flaps but potentially the valve to the heater box as well as on cold you should have no hot water entering the matrix.
