The niggles are getting smaller :) Wiper erraticness

Pretty well sorted now, but some oddness with the wipers.

Always work on full tilt.
Always work on 'push up to quick wipe'
Sometimes intermittent (any speed) and normal just stop (or never start).
If you go to full speed and back, they tend to fix for a random period, then simply stop again (sometimes without even self parking)
I assume they are controlled by some kind of signal from Maranello, but can anyone give me any pointers?

Sometimes the motor and contacts get clogged up and don't work so well resulting in intermittent operation on the delay setting. Pretty simple fix if you're handy.

Hmm, looks like a possibility indeed. Little concerned that someone with precisely the same symptoms needed a new motor, but I think I'll give a try.
