Now there's a thought.... Thursday 10th September is when the French chaps will arrive in the UK for the Goodwood meeting. Not totally convinced about the logistics of getting 18 or so French Maseratis, mostly with couples in them, plus our French welcoming trip contingent up to The Ace for a couple of hours on Thursday evening before blatting down to the hotel. Let me find out from Barth what time Ferry/Tunnel they plan getting - could be an awesome one-off display of Masers, and confirm to the Frenchies just how splendid our British gastronomic fayre can be

Ace Cafe for the French!!! Is that Benny's idea?

Took Sophie (French GF) there once and she hated it esp the food.

Think it may be a step too far gjven the hateful drive from the east followed by a drive south of the river.

Let's be honest. The food at Ace is at best, rubbish.
The Old Orchard on the other hand, is smashing!

Ok. I definitely need to come now! I am seriously getting an itch for this car!

I think it is the ultimate 4 seater and it will have to be my next move. The more and more I think about it the Stradale - though better than my GTS is not a big enough change for me.

Barry I have rang Ace and you can have your own spot if you want......in the middle where the F1 was few months ago or just in between the Masers if not.....
