The Japanese prefer LHD with imported prestige cars , it's a status thing ,a bit weird but where else can you buy new made to look used knickers from a vending machine

The Japanese have a perverse view that LHD cars show greater status since they cost more to acquire in Japan. Lot's of high end cars will be LHD as a result
However - not as bonkers as in Myanmar, where the head honcho declared overnight that driving should switch from on left to on the right, but cars seem to have remained RHD. This is particularly problematic for bus passengers who now enter an exit into the middle of the road!

They think it makes them look cooler.

It is believed that many performance cars, Ferrari, Maserati, Lambo etc, drive better Lhd as that's how they were designed in Italy and they haven't had to be adapted for RHD markets.

It makes no difference in Birmingham or Bradford, LHD or RHD they'll be in a front garden anyway

Just looked at the pictures on this again. The advert says its a 2005 car but the pictures show a early 4200 wrong wheels and the center consol and front bumper are all early 4200. Unless it was late registered in 2005 for some reason.
