Couple of hours on bike beckons to try and reign in my expanding waistline,
The scales tell me I am enjoying life a little too much lately,
Then off to Newcastle again, kids, aaarrrggghhh....

Yep, I'm just contemplating a brisk run this morning whilst it is dry (rare moment here!!!)

Just seen that on the BBC News from Albert Docks, which team of 12 are they in? What an adventure, can't imagine more that 50% will make it past the first week but hope I'm proved wrong.

I never used to miss a run when raining/ snowing etc, but on the bike I hate it, really wish my hip had never decided to give up the ghost......I miss running!!!!!

Aygo and XC90 oil changes done and all cleaned up. It is the first time I've done the Volvo and found the sump plug 17mm head all chewed up! Took all my cunning to remove it. So I'll buy a new one for next time flippin monkeys!
