Whilst serving them a rare steak and cold beer? For some old school petrolheads I think to tempt them in they’d have to be not only attractive but also naked.
Interesting. I can picture it now….Whilst serving them a rare steak and cold beer?
I'm sorry sir, but we only serve men with balls not a top bun...Interesting. I can picture it now….
But, I fear part of the EV/saving the planet thing involves not eating meat either so that may just scupper your excellent idea.
What did they do on the alfa, fly it to Italy for repairsi took the strad for a £1500 service and walked out with a 10k spend roll on 7 months in go s the quadrifolio a different garage of course for £1600 service came out 9k down now i know what it must feel like being raped
I put in Joe Macari into the eBay search engine and got these two United legends...one still owns the chippy outside OT.On the Joe Macari thing, I think they’re running down their Maserati stock on EBay, were the cheapest OR parts when I was buying a few weeks ago.

Exactly Darren there's some Good mechanics/engineers out there and in my 45 years I've worked with many around the World.£19,000 that's more than I've spent on cars in the last 10 years
Some years ago I bought a 4.0 jaguar XK8 with a knackered gearbox, engine wasn't great either so I bought a low mileage engine and box out of a XJ8 , only it turned out the only bit that's the same is the block and heads, everything else needed to be swapped., manifolds, cams, sump, you name it he had to swap it
I used a proper back street garage, went up one day and there were bits of 2 engines everywhere
I took one look at it with my **** me face on, I'm never driving this car ever
A week later, it's done, come and get it, 4 years I had that car and it never missed a beat
My total bill including the engine and box was £1200 though there was a story with the engine & box
I got it fron a guy in Newbury, it was in what looked like a mint XJ8, well mint before the crash, he'd sold it to a German who'd taken it to Germany only on a French motorway he fell asleep and crashed it, it got recovered and at this point would've been repairable only he took the keys with him, his problem was he didn't tell his insurance he was taking it out of the country so they washed their hands of the claim
The French garage had crowbared the boot and doors trying to find the battery to stop the alarm going off, it was a right mess
I paid £500 for the engine and box but sold my knackered engine and box for £400
I've bought some great cars, all knackered in some respect because I had a mechanic who could fix stuff without shafting me
I put in Joe Macari into the eBay search engine and got these two United legends...one still owns the chippy outside OT.

Electronics are impossible, I have this abarth as proofExactly Darren there's some Good mechanics/engineers out there and in my 45 years I've worked with many around the World.
Nothing is impossible it's being organised and methodical.
Nuts and bolts are just that.
Totally agree with modern electronics mate.Electronics are impossible, I have this abarth as proof
Decided I'm just going to drive it until I'm bored with it then PX it, I can't just give it to someone to look at with no guarantee of a fix.
I do t know if it's my imagination but it definitely feels faster with alfa 4c coil packs even though that didn't stop the 1 second limp mode
