That really depends the majority of cars will wear more on the inner edge first on the front tyres as the slight toe in setting is what keeps the car going straight rather than pulling left or right. If the toe was set to zero then you would constantly be making adjustments to steering even on a relatively straight road.Also advisory for tire wear, inner edges so assume full geometry needed plus new tyres all round.
