Was chatting to Mrs C as we drove down to Southampton today and the conversation has gone something along these lines:
My plan so far has been to upgrade the GT to a MC-Shift in 2020
I have a new role that will need me to drive to Nottingham 2+ times per month to be successful
The GT is a superb car, but it's not exactly cheap to run and I'm not sure that increasing this mileage is the best thing for it.
So a change prior to 2020 seems to be sensible. But I don't want to step out of the marque.
I find myself thinking:
Why not sell the GT (I guess it should be about £20k) and pick up a QPV (for about £15k) and use the difference to pay the running expenses. Then in about 18 months sell the QPV for peanuts and then buy the GT-S
I'm clearly mad, but am I *too* mad?
And does anyone want to
a) Buy my GT
b) Know any QP's for sale?
