I would say our banking rules are pretty tight in some respects! UK banks credit check and reference you to high heaven before being allowed near any systems whereas here in Luxembourg nothing. Nothing at all. Same in Denmark.
I worked at AIG in Dublin, minimal checks! American Insurance Group, didn't know they did banking tooSub-prime investments were actually invented by AIG out of their Mayfair office, which took advantage of the then rules in packaging debt.
It was these rules which caused the banking crisis.
The Rght Hon SMDRP member speaks the truth.........As far as our present Gov go; I thoroughly blame Camoron as he didn't ever believe in Brexit and even less the outcome of the vote, he couldn't scurry away fast enough! As for Treason May, who at EVERY opportunity tried to scupper Brexit. Well we are out, the sun still comes up every day and we are still 22.6 miles from France. Like it or not the transition period will at some point come to an end and I'm sure the sun will continue to come up each morning and we will still be 22.6 miles from France...
Hopefully we will manage it without gifting away all the goodies, at least May is not there to do so!
And exactly how did he come up with 34% still want it? I don't remember being asked again!
Me neither. And exactly how did he come up with 34% still want it? I don't remember being asked again!
I think its cos only 34% of the pop. voted yes, the rest voted no, didn't vote or couldn't vote ie under 16's or 18's whatever it was.And exactly how did he come up with 34% still want it? I don't remember being asked again!
Yup but that was enough.I think its cos only 34% of the pop. voted yes, the rest voted no, didn't vote or couldn't vote ie under 16's or 18's whatever it was.
He's a knob. I only follow Bob from Barnstable. He knows the score. If Russ in Cheshire says 34% then it's 34%. Accept it.
