Buy a Neato.
They are methodical
Work brilliantly well
Hasn't broken in years
Amazing at picking up cat hair.
Roombas among others bounce around the room at random. Neato maps the room then hoovers it in lines.
Love ours, it's part of the family!

Neato Botvac.
My learned friend is spot on. Ours is brilliant and also part of the family. We missed him (see!) when he needed to go to the Botvac hospital to have a sensor replaced.
Often refurbs on ebay. Both you and your learned friend have expensive tastes. I'm wondering quite how lazy I am

Oh, if you don't think they're constantly watching you, then there's a Xiaomi one that's got great reviews on PH as well and seems to operate in the exact same way as the Neato Botvac. It's considerably cheaper. Both you and your learned friend have expensive tastes. I'm wondering quite how lazy I am

Makes me laugh.Ours is pretty old now. We've got, I think, an Xv Signature?
There's a massive pistonheads thread on this same topic and a certain Neato model is recommended
It's like MumsNet for blokes.Makes me laugh.
Pistonheads gone from talking about cars to hoovers. Must be the age of contributors
At least we have not resorted to the performance of tena men versus supermarket own brand yet. 0-2litres in 1.5 secondsIt's like MumsNet for blokes.
A lot of divorce chat, a lot of house renovation chat, holidays, shares, xenophobia, anti-xenophobia, wine, cigars and mostly second hand expensive cars...oh wait, that's here!
