how i miss the good old days when you could walk in to a car audio dealer and choose/peruse all the radio cassettes on show, swap out systems, fit uprated speakers in the doors and cut holes in the parcel shelves for more, equalizers with all those led's, boosters etc etc
I seem to remember “Sharp” being popular, pioneer speakers too with my £75 budget.was like a kid in sweet shop back in the late 70's in to the 80's, 90's in my local car audio showroom, loved swapping out radio cassettes for full pull out ones to face off type got a real kick out of it, seem to remember i preferred panasonic in those days, i wasn't and still not in to actual sound quality as it all sounds ok to me, whether out of a high end system or your bog standard stuff
