Just back from driving the Roma and the F8.

The Roma is utterly lovely, what a thing. Fast as you like, great ride, even sounds fantastic which was a surprise. A very special car, I really liked it.

The F8, on the other hand, was ridiculous. Too wide, too fast (yes) and skittery on our rubbish B roads. I don't want one of those, I'll let the Instagrammers have them.

Brand new Roma, 49 miles on the clock. Blu Roma with light grey and navy interior. And yes, I showed in up in the gold QPV just for a laugh!

Very nice, Athol.

When do you pick it up?

Ones that have been used less are worth more. Got any kids?

The grey is dull it could be a Z4 or GT86.

It’s just a poor photo from my phone, the colour is much nicer than it looks. They had a few colours, looked good also in black with yellow calipers and silver wheels. Very classy design, appears small in real life.

Needs a lighter/ contrasting interior but the exterior looks fab
Agreed Id go Cuoio interior (bit biased as thats the same combo as the Cali T ;) ) ..

This was a fairly low spec too, only the carbon steering wheel and the shields

They also had an off white one and it had hand painted shields on.. as I walked over I thought they were cheap stickers... salesman informed me it was a £10k option..

It really did look cheap.. It was their demo model so they had loaded it with options but £10k to look cheap.. couldnt quite believe it!

I've always said I'd never buy a car brand new again. However, if I had the money I would be willing to make an exception for a Roma.
I think it's glorious!

Blu with Cuoio. Yellow callipers and lashings of carbon. Probably looking at the fat end of £250k so I won't be buying one any time soon. Mores the pity. :0036:

Blue with ivory and red calipers. Would be simply gorgeous. Best looking car after the QPV! If only it had a trident at the front.
