A few jobs to do but it’s lovelyBianchi Bernina. 125 cc and only 6.5hp, but they’re peppery. It arrived today and I wouldn’t want to ride it sober. I love it.
I believe that they've been dragged into the 21st century as they have electric start, electronic ignition and the rear brake/gear lever on the 'correct' side.Got chatting to a guy who'd bought one of the new Royal Enfield 650 twins , same riding experience as a 70s triumph without the AA having to drag you home
It looks great , British designed , built in India

I hope it’s built better than the one I hired in Goa.....Got chatting to a guy who'd bought one of the new Royal Enfield 650 twins , same riding experience as a 70s triumph without the AA having to drag you home

I know absolutely zero about motorbikes, but there's a bloke at the end of my road who has two Royal Enfields (he's always out polishing them), and (what looks like) a (restored) WW2 motorbike and side car that looks brilliant. It's even got a machine gun for the passenger, although I would assume it's a replica. Well, hopefully.
It is probably ex Soviet bloc so a Dnepr or Ural outfit. A lot of them were 2 wheel drive and so the car sits on the left as opposed to being on the right on UK outfits.
Always though they were kinda cool although would never ever buy a sidecar (seems pointless to me).

Think you’ve got that the wrong way round. UK sidecar on left so the driver is on the right. Rule of thumb is it’s the same as a car
