Seeing how much he will be paying even if he achieves the reserve, Simon might be better off keeping it and selling it through the Club.... certainly looks a belter even with small niggles. I would swop it plus cash for my R8V10 which will be up for sale shortly as is my 993RS

If it can be corrected perfectly and the general cosmetics doesnt replicate the overal care of the car.. yes. The colour and mileage alone warrants a punt. I'm biased, but its such an amazing colour combo.

Seller pays 5% +vat of sale price. So he’ll get 67k or so. Should have just sold it to Dicky!
But hey, you roll the dice, it could have made more on another day.
My thoughts exactly! Seems that a dealer was willing to pay more than buyer achieved here. Was he pressed by auction site to set such a low reserve?
