    2019 Granturismo question

Make this call @Paul64 , Dicky will likely save you time and money to get you into the right car and no one understands the market better.

    2019 Granturismo question

I think this is really simple. For 2019 onward cars the MCs with fixed dampers have a bonnet scoop, central exhausts and a vent in the front wing (see pics). The sports do not have a scoop etc. All are ZF 6 speed full automatics. I looked at both when buying my 2019 sport. You also get...

    Buying a car

I ordered a box fresh 987.1 3.2S in 2005 when they were launched. A special thing to drive and enjoyed it more than later 911s I owned (997.1. 3.8S, 997.1 3.8 4S Cab, 997.1 Turbo, 997.1 Turbo Cab). Only my current 997.2 3.8 GTS which I’ve owned for 10 years matches it for fun and engagement...

    Buying a car

I generally know what I want, but I also definitely seek advice to validate that my expectations are valid. But I also try and vet whether the advice is worth listening to or just an echo chamber of people following popular commentary about a particular car. Like those many who say a Porsche...

    Tyre Pressures

Lucky for me the other half loves painting. I might get dragged into sanding / prep, but then I’m out!

    Tyre Pressures

Introducing some old school sportsmaserati thread drift, it’s nice to have a dirty car for a week or two as it’s one less excuse not to get out and drive. Mines spotless as well now, but enjoyed 2 and a half weeks of it being filthy and jumping in it at every opportunity :)

Are High street accessory and car stereo shop a thing of the past

Used to love haggling on TCR shop to shop for home and car hifi. I work next to TCR now and that’s all long gone…

What have you done to your Maserati today?

My GT is grubby for once, which is great as I won’t feel bad taking the family out in it again today in the mucky weather :D

Maserati UK sales (or rather lack of them)

I really think the lack of owner support is a massive drag on sales. As mentioned above, the way Porsche approach this is the polar opposite resulting in lots of repeat business and owners with 2 or 3 Porsches. A classic with full dealer support and a brand new SUV or sports car proudly parked...

    Alloy wheel refurb

If that’s Worcester park in Surrey I lived there for 12 years (the hollands) and still drove to lepsons to get work done! They will also pick up nowadays (they did for me in Horsham recently) if you can remove the wheel yourself and store the car. Worth a call to see if they’ll come to...

    Alloy wheel refurb

Another vote for Lepsons, used them several times over the last 10-15 years without complaint
