From the drawing 2 is non Skhook and 3 is skyhook. The easiest way to check is open the bonnet, remove the cover and look for a wire coming out the centre of the shock. If you have this, you have skyhook so item 3, of not, then it’s 2 (which are handed as sat in the drivers seat)

Or there is too much gas in it. The book says 1100gm and it should be 600gm

Yes that’s the vertical acceleration sensor, just buy the right one for your model, take yours out and get the number off it.

The intake rubber bit are failing and splitting so that’s the first place to test. If you have an intake/plenum leak sparky brake and clutch cleaner around, give it 5 seconds and listen for a rise in revs. Obs this is a source of ignition so do it on a cold engine and go easy. A fire...

You have to remove the scuttle which if its not been off has to be drilled off. After that its not too bad.
